6) Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and

  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us

1) Purpose

AmeriCloud Telecom is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This policy establishes a clear, public process for coordinated vulnerability disclosure so that potential security issues can be reported, assessed, and resolved efficiently.

2) Scope

In Scope

  • AmeriCloud Telecom public-facing websites, portals, and APIs

  • Systems and services owned, operated, or managed by AmeriCloud Telecom

Out of scope (unless you have explicit written authorization)

  • Customer environments and customer networks (including any customer-managed systems)

  • Third-party systems not operated by AmeriCloud Telecom

  • Physical security testing and social engineering

3) Reporting Guidelines (Good-Faith Research)

We welcome reports made in good faith. When testing, please:

  • Avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption

  • Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue

  • Use the minimum level of testing required to validate the vulnerability

  • Provide enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue

  • Do not publicly disclose details before coordinated disclosure is complete

4) How to Submit a Report

Email security@americloudtelecom.com with the subject line “Vulnerability Disclosure” and include:

  • A clear description of the vulnerability and its potential impact

  • Steps to reproduce (proof-of-concept details are helpful)

  • Relevant logs, screenshots, URLs, request/response samples, or code snippets

  • Any known exploitation conditions or mitigations

  • Your preferred contact information (optional)

Optional: If you use encryption, include instructions for secure communication (e.g., a public key). If you have a preferred PGP key exchange method, mention it in your initial email.

5) Our Handling Process

In alignment with coordinated vulnerability disclosure practices (commonly referenced in ISO/IEC 29147 and NIST guidance), AmeriCloud Telecom will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report

  • Record and track the report through our internal incident/vulnerability management workflow

  • Validate the issue and assess severity, exploitability, and potential impact

  • Prioritize remediation based on risk and operational constraints

  • Implement fixes and appropriate mitigations

  • Verify remediation and document the outcome

6) Response Targets

We aim to meet the following targets for reports submitted through this policy:

  • Acknowledgement: within 3 business days

  • Initial triage: within 10 business days (may include requests for additional details)

  • Status updates: at least every 30 days while remediation is in progress, or as otherwise agreed
